He recently sold a penthouse apartment for $3.88 million one day after listing it. The price was above the vendor’s reserve, and the apartment had been previously on the market with other agencies for more than two years. He has also facilitated the sale of five other high-end apartments, all resulting in building records.

David enjoys meeting people from all different walks of life and being an essential part of their transition to the next phase of their lives. His thorough understanding of property investing and finances, along with keenly honed negotiation skills, means he can help both buyers and sellers achieve their property goals.Having lived in the Port Phillip area for more than seven years, David enjoys the area’s blend of suburban and city lifestyles. David is a passionate distance runner who took up the sport during lockdown and has since completed both the Melbourne Marathon and the Great Ocean Road Ultra Marathon. Growing up in Torquay, David and his partner have recently taken up surfing and spend most of their Sundays at Urban Surf.
