‘For me, it’s about personalising your home as much as you can to make it feel like it’s your own. Coming home to a space that’s my own is the most important thing to me,’ says Sarah.
Describing her style as ‘relaxed but organised’, every aspect of the styling in the home has been carefully considered to enhance the sense of space throughout.
Sarah spends most of her time in the generously proportioned living and dining area, a flexible and airy space.
‘I think the floorplan here works really well. The bedrooms are separated from each other and I have a living and dining space that is very useable,’ says Sarah.
For Sarah, the location of the apartment was instantly appealing and perfectly suited to her lifestyle.
‘I’m spoilt for choice in this location. St Kilda is a short stroll up the road – it has been a divided suburb for many years, but it’s seen a new crowd in recent times with the likes of the new Stokehouse Precinct, The Espy and Village Belle all being refurbished, to name just a few. Middle Park Village is also around the corner and Albert Park isn’t far either,’ says Sarah.
With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Sarah’s empathetic approach to her clients’ requirements has earned her a well respected reputation. Sarah is forthrightly optimistic about the condition of the market, offering sound advice to both buyers and sellers.
‘It’s a terrific time to upsize in the current climate and capitalise on a market that is more balanced than we have seen in recent years. In saying that, my advice is to buy or sell to suit your lifestyle, as opposed to what the market is doing.’
