We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Cascade development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
- Driveway pour complete
- Shower screen installation complete
- Balcony balustrades for Townhouse 2-6 and 9-13 complete
- Electrical meter installation complete
- Plumbing fit off in progress
- Appliances installation in progress
Subject to current construction progress, settlement is anticipated to commence around first quarter 2025 and bank valuation is expected to commence Late January 2025.
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your townhouse purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
